The staff was attentive and went out of their way to assist us with local tips and dinner reservations.
Our room had a noticeable smell of smoke that lingered throughout our stay, likely coming from neighboring rooms.

Functional and tidy rooms with comfortable beds, and excellent services. Superbly friendly staff, early check in. Good and unbeatable location, within walking distance of everywhere.
Bad staff!

Oh, how charming, the shower drenched the whole floor daily! Absolutely good. And not to mention the pre-authorisation charge, sort of like a surprise I didn't ask for. One would think being a superior guest would yield a more spacious room, but alas, that didn't happen. Almost left a glowing review but just couldn't.

Clean, comfortable room with a decent bathroom setup. Conveniently located near public transport for easy city exploration.
The room was quite small, with a low ceiling and limited space. Shower setup lacked a curtain, drenching the floor post-use. The bed configuration was awkward with two touching mattresses instead of a proper double, and no kettle for tea or coffee was a letdown.

The hotel is quiet and very close to St Lazare station. Cleaning ladies are very dilligent, detail oriented, and polite /although not speaking english at all/. Executive room is quite big and bathrooms are big and well equipped. The hotel is modern, in good condition and decorated in sort of boutique style.
The Classic room is not a room - it is a cabinet! So small that there is no place to put your siutcase. The space around bed is limited to 50 cm (aprox 10 inches) and the rest of room is corridor and bathroom.. Terrible. It my be ok for one night for single person but no way two people could fit into this "cigarette box". The picures of classinc room are deceiving and creaate a false impression that the room is small but convenient It is not!

The hotel was fantastic and fairly clean with super-friendly and really polite stuff at reception desk. A wide array of food available in the cafe. Central location, relatively close to Gare Saint-Lazare. Found in a very nice area next to many good restaurants, and Convenient to metro.

The location is perfect, just a 10-minute walk from Galeries Lafayette and close to the Roissy Bus stop. I loved how spacious the room was compared to most Paris hotels. Having a clean bathroom with good heating was a major plus, especially during chilly nights. The hotel staff were cute and went the extra mile to assist with our luggage before check-in. The soundproofing left much to be desired. Noise from the street and other rooms was noticeable.

Proximity to transport, shopping etc but at the same time quiet. felt secure. Hotel staff were polite and helpful.
Small room size.No shower cap and dangerous getting out of shower box as slippery and no hand-rail. No water jug for tea/coffee making facilities. Drinking tap not working. Nowhere to place soap.

I am at this hotel for the second time. Location is good, staff is really very helpful (provide additional information upon requests about tours, restourants, trains, etc. Rather clean and quiet. Breakfast is good, but expensive. Good choice for 2-3 days in Paris for solo or a couple travelers.
The room I booked previus time (standart) was absolutly small, that`s why this time I stay in the Executive. Non acceptable range of tv programms.
